The Elders Council for Social Entrepreneurs is building a supportive global network of social entrepreneurs who are looking to the future after founding innovative and impactful organisations.

We’ll all face the challenges of exit planning and seeking to safeguard the sustainability of what we have built, as well as asking questions around our impact and where we go next. Join us as we explore these questions together.

What We Do:

The Elders engage with the social entrepreneur community and beyond through webinars, workshops and more. We plan to organise face to face events such as conferences and workshops in the future. We also plan to offer mentoring services.

We host a series of regular webinars with global leaders who talk about their personal experiences and provide advice and insights. These have proved very popular to date amongst members because of the insights they give and the debate which follows. We encourage as many people as possible to listen in. Each webinar lasts one hour.

Soul Sessions are discreet get-togethers involving a small number of people. It is a place to talk through difficult issues confidentially. It is a very supportive and friendly environment: for Elders by Elders. If you are interested in taking part, then please contact info@elderscouncil.net

As the global pandemic clears, we will hold live events where we can all meet up together. This will be exciting and high energy get-togethers. It will be lovely to see each other. Please watch this space.

A special mentoring service will be offered to social entrepreneurs in the future. It is not something we are offering just now as we establish the organisation but it is something which will be offered in the future. In the meantime, if you are interested then please contact info@elderscouncil.net

“Peer learning and mentorship are by far the most valuable resources to a high potential social entrepreneur.  There is nothing like the story of a challenge overcome, or a failure that led to a key insight. It’s crucial to have a space for these conversations!”

Jim Fruchterman: Founder and previous longtime CEO of Benetech.
